RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

Oakwood Subdivision was a 140-lot residential development located in Lakeshore ON, that was built in order to meet the demands of the residential boom that Essex County experienced in 2000. The project was designed to build affordable, single-family homes, ranging from 1200 to 2400 sq. ft. The subdivision was perfectly situated near schools, shopping, and in an established community, making it ideal for young families.

Construction started in April 2000, and the subdivision was fully occupied as of August 2007. The project for Piroli Group was primarily commercial, public tender and sideline development focused, and contributed to the community by helping to prevent a housing shortage during a period of fast population growth.
