Seacliff Manor
Seacliff Manor is one of Leamington’s premier retirement homes, and the second phase of the Seacliff Residential Complex. The Manor was built as a state-of-the-art facility with increased amenities and security features. Residents have their choice of 4 different sizes of suites ranging from studio to a 2-bedroom suite. Each suite features a living and dining area, kitchenette, and open-concept floorplans.
The first residents moved into their new homes in August 2017, and have been enjoying the delicious meals and fun recreation activities ever since! To learn more about the other phases of the Seacliff Residential Complex click here: Seacliff Heights, and Seacliff Heights II.
My two week “staycation” at Seacliff Manor did two things for me:
- My caring daughter had freedom to leave me with no worries about my welfare.
- I had always dreaded the idea of going to “an old folks home.” The Manor is far from that! I found it like a 5-star hotel in decor, accommodation, and menu service – superb food presented by thoughtful, well-trained staff.
Add to that, 24-hour monitored medical care, numerous daily activities, excursions, Wi-Fi in the common lounge, and the friendliest staff you could imagine! My cat, Murray, was always there to welcome me back to my temporary home.
Making the decision to move to a retirement home wasn’t easy, but once my Dad visited Seacliff Manor, he knew that this wasn’t like any other retirement home. His room is so spacious and bright, and when I join him for dinner or supper, the meals are delicious! We’ve had several family events at Seacliff Manor, including a birthday party and a family dinner, and the staff have been very helpful and welcoming. I’ve attended many of the special events at Seacliff Manor with Dad and it’s great that the residents and their families have so many options for entertainment and socialization. The staff seek resident input on different aspects of life at Seacliff Manor, so Dad has a voice on things that are important to him. I’m glad he chose Seacliff Manor as his retirement home.
