COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
Commercial projects
Hub International Leamington
This commercial property at 24 Seacliff Dr. in Leamington ON, was a commercial development project for Piroli Group. Construction for the new corporate head office of the Essex County division of HUB International commenced in September 2012, with the company completing their relocation in July 2013. The 8,300 sq. ft., purpose-built office building is a state-of-the-art facility that was designed specifically to meet the needs of the growing company.
Shoppers Drug Mart (Windsor)
This 15,000 sq. ft., stand-alone Shoppers Drug Mart was built in the heart of Old Riverside in Windsor. Construction started in October 2008 and completed in Fall 2009. Riverside is an upscale neighbourhood and Shoppers Drug Mart wanted a new facility that replicated the same look and feel of the surrounding community. Featuring lush landscaping, stately columns, and wrought iron gates.
Seacliff Square
Prior to starting this project, the soon-to-be ‘Seacliff Square’ was a 4-acre storage facility. Through careful planning and meticulous execution, it became a 45,000 sq. ft. retail plaza that would house an LCBO, Staples, and Value Village. Seacliff Square was designed to provide new retailers to the Leamington community within walking distance of other major amenities.
Seacliff Centre
Adjacent to the Seacliff Square you can find Seacliff Centre – a 10,000 sq. ft. commercial property development. This includes a stand-alone Great Canadian Oil Change, a 4-000 sq. ft. stand-alone restaurant, as well as a complex featuring five retail stores. After the completion of Seacliff Square in 2009, it made sense to expand the amenities being offered to the community and construction on Seacliff Centre started immediately.
This commercial project was completed in 2010 and added new businesses, ample parking, and a new restaurant to the growing community.
