Shoppers Drug Mart (Windsor)
This 15,000 sq. ft., stand-alone Shoppers Drug Mart was built in the heart of Old Riverside in Windsor. Construction started in October 2008 and completed in Fall 2009. Riverside is an upscale neighbourhood and Shoppers Drug Mart wanted a new facility that replicated the same look and feel of the surrounding community. Featuring lush landscaping, stately columns, and wrought iron gates.
The new retail store was a welcome upgrade from the previous location that was over 40-years old. Not only was it designed to meet the changing needs of the community but was within walking distance from other major amenities and housing developments and featured an increase in on-site parking.
